Draft. Final terms will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
SuperCabs, LLC ("SuperCabs," "we," "us," or "our") is a Pennsylvania limited liability company that operates a passenger transportation service in Central Pennsylvania, including Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, Hershey, Lebanon, Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg International Airport (HIA). Our principal office is located at 30 Hoffman St., Lebanon, PA 17046. You can reach us at (717) 273-3941 or support@supercabs.app.
SuperCabs holds (or has filed for) the certificates of public convenience required by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) to provide call-or-demand "taxicab" and scheduled limousine service in our certified service territory. Drivers operating under the SuperCabs brand are either employees or properly insured independent contractors carrying current Pennsylvania commercial driver credentials.
By creating a SuperCabs account, booking a ride through the SuperCabs website, mobile app, dispatch phone number, or AI voice agent, or by riding in a SuperCabs vehicle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a SuperCabs account. Riders under 18 may ride only when accompanied by an adult or with a documented caregiver arrangement on file. You agree to provide accurate information at signup (name, phone, email, payment method) and to keep that information current.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at support@supercabs.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
SuperCabs provides point-to-point local passenger transportation, scheduled rides, recurring rides, airport transfers, and wheelchair-accessible service in our certified service area. Service availability depends on driver supply, vehicle availability, time of day, weather, and road conditions. We make a reasonable effort to honor scheduled pickup times but do not guarantee arrival within any specific window.
All rides are subject to Pennsylvania motor-vehicle laws, PUC tariffs, and the safety policies posted on our website. Drivers may refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to: intoxication that endangers the driver or vehicle, violent or threatening behavior, refusal to fasten a seatbelt, unsafe cargo, an excessive number of passengers for the vehicle, or destinations outside our certified service area.
Our pricing model is simple: your fare is your fare. SuperCabs does not apply surge pricing. Each ride quotes a fare up front based on the published per-mile and per-minute rates for your zone, plus any flat airport or out-of-area fees disclosed at booking. The amount you see at booking is the amount you pay, subject to the adjustments below.
Adjustments that may change the final fare: a change in pickup or destination after dispatch; additional stops requested mid-ride; significant waiting time beyond the included grace period; tolls; and gratuities you elect to add. All adjustments are itemized on your receipt.
Payment methods: we accept the cards we list at booking, processed by Stripe. Business-account riders may charge rides to an employer account billed monthly. For B2B-billed rides, the rider is not charged at the time of the ride; the employer is billed under the terms of their SuperCabs business agreement.
Receipts: we email a receipt to the address on file after every completed ride. Receipts are also visible in your account under Ride history.
You may cancel a ride at no charge before a driver has been assigned. After assignment, the following fees may apply:
Drivers may also cancel for safety reasons. If a driver cancels before pickup, you are not charged.
Gratuities are optional. You may add a tip in the app after the ride completes. 100% of tips are paid to the driver. SuperCabs does not deduct commissions, processing fees, or any other amounts from gratuities.
Items recovered from SuperCabs vehicles are logged at our Lebanon office. Call (717) 273-3941 or email support@supercabs.app with the ride date, approximate time, and a description. We hold recovered items for 30 days. A reasonable return-delivery fee may apply if you ask us to deliver the item rather than retrieve it from our office. SuperCabs is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
By riding with SuperCabs, you agree:
Service animals are always welcome at no additional charge in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Wheelchair-accessible service is available on request when booking; select the wheelchair-required option in the app or tell the dispatcher when you call. Please book wheelchair-accessible rides with as much lead time as possible so we can confirm vehicle availability.
For driver and passenger safety, SuperCabs vehicles may be equipped with forward-facing and interior dash cameras that continuously record video and audio during a ride. By entering a SuperCabs vehicle, you consent to this recording. Recordings are retained for a limited period and used only for safety, insurance, dispute resolution, and law-enforcement requests. We do not sell or publicly disclose ride recordings.
SuperCabs uses artificial intelligence in some product surfaces, including voice booking (phone reservations handled by an AI agent), an in-app support assistant, demand forecasting, and ride dispatch optimization. AI features are clearly labeled. You can request a human agent at any time by saying so to the voice agent or clicking Talk to a person in the chat widget. AI features can be unavailable or produce imperfect results; SuperCabs is not liable for inaccurate AI output, and we always offer a human-agent fallback.
SuperCabs vehicles and drivers carry the commercial liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and bodily-injury coverages required by Pennsylvania law for taxicab and limousine operators. Certificates of insurance are available on request from the office at the address above.
SuperCabs is a passenger transportation provider. We are not a common carrier of cargo. Items transported in a SuperCabs vehicle are carried at the rider's risk. Hazardous, illegal, or perishable items may be refused at the driver's discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, the SuperCabs website, app, voice agent, and chat assistant are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SuperCabs' total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of (a) the fares you paid SuperCabs in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for personal injury caused by SuperCabs' negligence or that of its drivers operating in the scope of their work.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperCabs, its officers, employees, drivers, and contractors from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (c) damage you cause to a SuperCabs vehicle or to another rider during a ride.
We want disputes resolved quickly. Before bringing any formal action, please contact support@supercabs.app so we can try to fix it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and SuperCabs each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, your state attorney general, or any other governmental authority.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused drivers or staff, attempted payment fraud, or otherwise endangered the safety of others. Where practical we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
